Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, etc.), and Net Banking for orders within India.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India.

📦 ORDER & TRACKING
Q: How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once your order is placed, you’ll immediately receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you don’t see it, check your Spam/Promotions folder or contact us.
Q: My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch. Please wait and try again later. If it still doesn’t work after 3 days, email us at oopswearshop@gmail.com.
Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp notification (if details were provided at checkout) with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Q: The tracking site says “Delivered,” but I haven’t received my package.
Sometimes couriers mark an order as “Delivered” before it physically reaches you.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
No, Oops Wear currently ships only within India.
Q: How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods (festivals, sales, or high demand), processing may take 5–6 business days.
Q: How long does delivery take?

Delivery times are estimates and can vary depending on courier service and your PIN code.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Oops Wear offers FREE standard shipping across India.
Q: From where are the packages shipped?
All orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers within India.
🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Q: What if I receive a damaged or faulty product?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at oopswearshop@gmail.com with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.
Q: Can I return or exchange an item if I don’t like it?
Since our products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like:

Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Bank timelines may vary slightly.
🛒 AFTER PURCHASE
Q: I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?

Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of purchase. After this, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
Q: My package was undelivered due to wrong address or refusal. Will I get a refund?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout, or if COD packages are refused at the door.
Q: My package is stuck in customs. What can I do?
Not applicable — since we only ship within India, there is no customs involvement.

Q: How should I wash and care for my Oops Wear apparel?

Q: Are your sizes true to fit?
