Payment Methods

At Oops Wear, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is as seamless, transparent, and secure as possible. To achieve this, we support a range of payment options widely used in India. Please review the details below to understand how payments are processed, verified, and protected.

💳 Credit & Debit Cards

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards issued in India, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and RuPay.

  • Transactions are securely processed through our third-party payment gateway partners who comply with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) protocols.

  • For your protection, sensitive payment details (such as card numbers, CVV codes, and OTPs) are never stored on our servers.

  • Once your payment has been verified, your order will immediately enter the processing stage.

  • In rare cases, banks may decline transactions due to security filters or insufficient balance. If this happens, please contact your bank directly to resolve the issue.

📱 UPI & Net Banking

  • You may pay directly using UPI-enabled apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM, or any other supported UPI application.

  • Alternatively, payments can be made using Net Banking from most major Indian banks.

  • UPI and Net Banking payments are usually processed instantly, but in some cases (e.g., high traffic, bank downtime), clearance may take up to 24 hours.

  • Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an automatic email confirmation from us, along with your order details.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • For customers who prefer to pay at their doorstep, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient option.

  • COD is available for most serviceable pin codes across India; however, certain remote or restricted areas may not qualify.

  • A ₹50 handling fee is applied to all COD orders. This fee is non-refundable, even if the order is later returned or cancelled.

  • Only cash payments are accepted at the time of delivery. Our courier partners are not authorized to accept UPI, card, or wallet payments at the door.

  • Customers are expected to ensure that:

    • The exact cash amount is ready at the time of delivery.

    • Someone is available at the delivery address to accept the package and make payment.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in permanent suspension of COD as a payment option for that customer’s account.

💡 Tip: Choosing Prepaid payment methods (UPI, Cards, or Net Banking) is faster, more secure, and saves you from the COD handling fee.

💱 Currency & Charges

  • All transactions on Oops Wear are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) only.

  • Even if your bank account or card supports multiple currencies, the final charge will be reflected in INR as per your bank’s conversion policies.

  • Prices displayed on our website are inclusive of GST, but shipping and handling charges may apply depending on the product and delivery location.

🔐 Security & Verification

  • To protect both our customers and our business, certain orders may be subject to manual verification checks before being processed.

  • We may request additional details, such as proof of identity, billing address confirmation, or bank authorization, in cases where the payment is flagged as unusual by our fraud-detection system.

  • Oops Wear reserves the right to decline or cancel any order if the payment is suspected to be fraudulent, incomplete, or unauthorized.

  • In such cases, the customer will be notified promptly, and any debited amount will be refunded within the standard banking timeframe.

📌 Important Notes

  • Orders are only dispatched once payment has been fully received and verified. COD orders are dispatched after confirmation through our courier network.

  • If a Prepaid transaction fails but the amount is debited from your account, it will typically be refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days.

  • Oops Wear cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers, but we will provide reasonable assistance to help you track the status of such issues.
