At Oops Wear, we want you to love every product you receive. Since all our items are made to order, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
🔧 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at oopswearshop@gmail.com.

Be sure to include clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once verified, we will gladly send out a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

Items reported after 7 days may not qualify.
🚚 Items Lost in Transit

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

If your order exceeds our posted delivery window by 10 business days, you may request a replacement or refund.

Orders still in transit but within the shipping timeframe are not eligible for refunds.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

Ordering the wrong size

Change of mind

Dislike of design
👉 Please double-check sizing charts and product details before purchasing.
👉 Returns are only accepted for defective/damaged items as outlined above.
📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Oops Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

In such cases, we will provide the delivery confirmation details (date, tracking number, courier information) so you can file a claim with the shipping carrier.
❌ Order Cancellations

Since all products are made to order, cancellations are only possible within 6 hours of purchase.

After this period, production begins and we cannot cancel or refund the order.
